GENERAL RETURN POLICY
All returns must be within 30 days of purchase and in new unused condition.
Please use our contact form to notify of us before returning and we can give you a return authorization.
Refund will be issued upon inspection.
Some returns may incur a restocking fee if they are special ordered or if the manufacturer has a restock policy. Please contact us before returning so we can let you know if your item may incur a restocking fee.
AIR COMPRESSOR RETURN POLICY
If compressor is damaged call us at 503-674-2744 before unloading.
If compressor has extensive damage you can refuse to accept it and we will ship you a new one.
You must write “damaged” on freight bill. All other returns must be within 30 days of purchase and in new unused condition.
Buyer is responsible for return freight.
Refund will be issued upon inspection.
